The Michigan Humane Society has established agreements with the Oakland Pet Fund and All About Animals Rescue to assist in funding cat sterilizations forlow/limited families at their spay/neuter clinics. For $20 cats are neutered and provided vaccinations. Check out the eligable zip codes and call for an appointment.
